Activities New Malenge Dive And Resort
There is an abundance of activities at Malenge Dive Resort for everyone’s level In 2025, we purchased brand new dive and snorkeling equipment , so rest assured everything is up to date. We usually have an in house dive instructor, who does the normal variety of PADI courses, but if not, an instructor is just around the corner working amongst all resorts.
Snorkeling and Local Walking Tours
You can snorkel on the outer reefs 1-5, or just along the shore by yourself.
You can charter a small boat and visit Jellyfish Lake, Papan Island, or make a day trip of different locations.
Local village tours are also available , with a very insightful look into the local community.
Day and NIGHT tours to visit the local flora and fauna can be arranged.
Wi-Fi and signal strength
As much as we understand he importance of communicating with the outside world, we at Malenge Dive Resort feel that communication is more important without the need of a handheld device. Talk to people, make life long friends, and enjoy the peace and serenity around you and you’ll come away more relaxed.
Local Sim cards do not function well at the resort , if at all !!!
That said we do have Starlink at the resort. Currently, we plan on turning on this service for one free hour everyday, but definitely not at dinnertime. These times can change. If you need 24 hour Starlink, this can be purchased but we encourage you to forget about the outside world and get back to nature.
