Room And Rates
Our bungalows are priced at 500,000 IDR per person per night, including three delicious meals and an afternoon snack. Free Indonesian coffee, tea, and drinking water are available at all times, allowing you to relax and enjoy the island atmosphere whenever you wish.
Meals are inspired by local flavors — fresh fish, tropical fruits, and of course, the famous Indonesian pancake are served daily. For those who want something extra refreshing, a variety of cold beverages are also available for purchase.
We have four simple, yet luxurious bungalows. Comfortable beds, mosquito nets, natural outdoor ensuite showers, and a spacious balcony to swing your hammock provide the backdrop to an amazing view above the water.
GETTING THERE AND AWAY
Guests usually arrive from two ways. Via the ferry from Gorontalo or Ampana. Be aware that the Gorontalo to Wakai ferry can often change their schedule. We encourage you not to have tight airplane connections or you may miss a flight. Staying in Gorontalo is a fantastic experience and the local whale shark sanctuary is a must see.
Since timings often change, we encourage you to get in touch and arrange a transfer from Wakai to Malenge. You can negotiate your own price from local vendors, but it can be a bit of a shock. Remember that Malenge is 90 minutes away. Prices are dependent on fuel and need and how many people in the boat.
From Ampana, there is a government boat speed ferry that leaves Ampana in the morning and stops at various place along the way, ending up in Malenge island in the later afternoon. This is not every day. This is not where the resort is so one needs to coordinate a boat from the village to Malenge Dive Resort. Let Sifa know and she can arrange.
